Garathi Khanna

Garathi Khanna is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the firms Real Estate Group. She started her legal career at KMB in 2021 as an articling student.

Garathi advises clients on a range of transactions in the areas of land development and real estate, including purchases, sales and financing of commercial, industrial, multi-unit and residential properties.

She also acts for lenders and borrowers in the financial services area with respect to secured transactions involving mortgage and personal property security and commercial financings.

During law school, Garathi won the Senior Negotiating Competition and qualified and competed at the U.K. National Student Negotiating Competition.

Outside of work, Garathi enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
