Nav Bhandal is a member of our Human Resources Law Group. He will be working directly with partners and senior associates in matters of Employment Standards Act compliance, Human Rights Act compliance, labour relations issues, employment contract drafting and reviews, wrongful dismissal litigation, workplace policy drafting and review and other Human Resource law matters.

Even at this early stage of his legal career, Nav impresses clients and his colleagues alike with his smart-working, enthusiastic approach to his practice and his obvious pleasure to be able to assist clients.

Before entering law school, Nav earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in economics and statistics from the University of Toronto. He attended law school at Queens University where he was awarded the David Sabbath course prize in "Collective Agreements and Arbitration" won a Corporate Securities Law Moot; was a member of the Queen's Team that was awarded best Factum and placed second overall in a National Corporate Securities Law Moot. Nav articled with a Toronto boutique labour and employment firm before joining Keyser Mason Ball, LLP.
