Isabel Stratton is a registered Canadian trade-mark agent and supports the Business Law Group at Keyser Mason Ball LLP.

Working together with our lawyers she assists clients with the acquisition, protection and enforcement of trade - mark rights in Canada and the United States, as well as overseeing foreign applications through a network of foreign associates. Registrations for Canadian-based clients have been secured in Canada, the United States, the U.K., the European Community, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and South Africa.

Past and present clients include entrepreneurs, family businesses, service professionals, local manufacturers and distributors, pharmaceutical companies, travel agencies, cosmetic companies, jewelers, designers, clothiers, food merchants and importers, medical supply companies, non-profit organizations, libraries and municipalities. Isabel’s strength is her versatility in dealing with a wide range of clients and meeting their expectations for customized service.

Isabel’s active involvement includes conducting various searches, clearing trade - marks for use and registration, preparing registrability opinions, filing and prosecuting applications, handling opposition proceedings, as well as post-registration matters, including summary expungement proceedings, renewals and advising on infringement matters in association with the firm's lawyers.
