Albert Campea solves workplace conflicts and disputes. He is a senior practitioner with over fifteen years of litigation experience. His practice attracts business owners and business managers of private companies who are caught in employment related disputes.

Recognizing that most clients would rather avoid litigation Albert has structured his practice on dispute resolution and problem solving. When all else fails, he is very effective at trial and in Appeal Courts on behalf of clients.

Albert has successfully appeared before all levels of Courts in Ontario, the Employment Standards Board, and the Ontario Human Rights Commission on behalf of clients. Second place is not an option for him. However there is an understanding of human dynamics in his approach to practising law. Albert has been able to break the artificial emotional barrier that often exists between lawyer and client, and works in harmony with his clients' business owners and other decision makers involved in running successful businesses. Being realistic and astute, Albert carefully manages expectations and the human impact of disruptive legal actions in order to maintain business continuity and productivity. He has effectively become the legal advisor to many of his clients and guides them through day-to-day matters and risk management involved in Human Resources workplace law.
